Our products are made from premium quality dates sourced from trusted suppliers. Each date is rinsed and inspected before pitting and being added to the big mix. Brown Sugar is added as a moderate sweetener to balance the spiciness of dates, later on cinnamon is added for additional character.

Organic means traditional methods without addition of preservatives and chemicals to alter shelf life, which we follow wholeheartedly.

Our products can only last 40-50 days in the fridge. You might be confused because how can an organic product last that long.
